Alejandro was born into the bail bond business. By the time he could walk and talk he was sipping coffee and answering phones at his parents bail office. Never far from his father’s side he learned the trade inside and out but more importantly he learned about the importance of helping people.
Upon graduating from Jesuit High School, Alejandro embarked on a dual career path. While playing the role of high profile California bail bondsman with such cases as Ellie Nessler, he was also racing Indy style cars winning at prestigious race tracks across North America such as Laguna Seca and Watkins Glen to name a few. He twice received the call to compete in the prestigious Rolex 24 Hours of Daytona. During this time, he also studied Business Marketing at CSUS.
As if that isn’t enough for one lifetime, Alejandro has also appeared in numerous television commercials, independent films and has a theatre background having taken the stage with leading roles in Los Angeles productions such as David Rabe’s Goose and TomTom and The Wager by Mark Medoff.
Currently Alejandro enjoys spending time with his family and helping run the Nation’s most renowned and respected bail operations.

Prior to joining the Leonard Padilla Bail Bonds team, Stefanie obtained her Bachelor’s degree from California State University, Chico in Business Administration with an option in Marketing. She then started her career in sales, representing the South Bay Area for one of the world’s largest carpet manufactures. In 2005, she relocated to Sacramento during the housing boom, selling marketing solutions to the area’s new home developers. When the industry suffered a severe down turn in 2008, Stefanie decided to take her sales skills back to her hometown in the Sonoma County to work in one of her passions, wine.
Although enjoying her new work, Sacramento had become home to Stefanie over the years and she found herself longing to return. At this time she decided to redirect her career from sales into executive management. For the last 3 years, Stefanie worked for a local entrepreneur as his Business Manager overseeing all aspects of the business related to accounting, human resources, and marketing. In this position she was able to gain a vast skill set which we are thrilled for her to share with us at Leonard Padilla Bail Bonds.
Whether at work or enjoying free time, Stefanie has always had a sense of adventure about her. She finds excitement in trying new things.
